Due to the immediate cost structure involving AI resource allocation, which includes third-party API credits and dedicated server costs, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any completed purchases or started subscription periods.

For setups involving milestone payments (such as Enterprise tiers), payments are non-refundable once the work for that specific phase has commenced.

Users have the freedom to cancel at any time. Canceling your subscription will prevent the next billing cycle from taking place.

However, please note that no pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining time in your current billing cycle following a cancellation.
